Returns & refunds

Because each trellis is made to order, we accept returns only for items damaged in shipping or with a manufacturing defect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after we confirm the problem.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven't started printing yet. After printing begins we can't cancel, but we'll still help with defects or shipping damage.

Privacy

We collect the name, email, phone, and shipping address needed to fulfill your order, plus payment details handled by Stripe. We use that information to process orders, send confirmation and tracking email, and handle support. We do not sell your information. California customers can email us to ask what we store or to request deletion of an account.
